Halloween

It's time for spookiness and candy!! Uh, way too much candy. We had to go to the store for more (when I say we, I mean Brandon) and get just about as much that time as we did originally. Maple Avenue is MUCH crazier than Orange Ave.

We had a ton of fun carving pumpkins (especially because we missed last year), but we waited a little too long to get started, so there we were with knives in our hands as little children started to walk up the walkway. I guess it added to the horror!
Brandon's was awesome (go figure) but I have decided that I don't have much creativity...

Pita climbed a tree, jumped on the roof from a branch and then couldn't jump back on the branch to get off of the roof...So I had to climb up a ladder to get her.

Lolita - the good kitty who stays on the ground.

Getting Pita down the second time was easy(ish) but getting Tink down... Can you see her? She's to the right of Pita and getting her down was HELL!  I had to drop her (from half way up the ladder) to keep my skin in tact.

MOVING DAY!

We've lived in the same house for 2 years (which is not a long time, considering I lived in my childhood home for 12 years before I came to college) and we decided that it was time to move on.
Moving Day was October 1, 2010
So - we moved from here:

We are in love! Mostly me.  It has an extra bedroom, bigger rooms in general and a fireplace :)
